TERMS OF SERVICE

By submitting documents to Momentum Legal Services LLC (Momentum) for service, Client agrees to the following terms:

1.     Momentum is engaged as an independent contractor only. No employer-employee relationship shall be established or construed between Momentum and Client.

2.     All services must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

3.     Prorated refunds are only available prior to the commencement of service attempts. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4.     Client is responsible for providing all information necessary to process order, including addresses, servee details, statutory dates, if any. Research fees apply for information developed by Momentum.

5.     Momentum, its employees, agents, and assigns are not responsible for, and shall not be bound by, any information not given in writing.

6.     Momentum can NEVER guarantee that service will be successful. Client is paying for diligent attempts.

7.     Momentum is not responsible for unsuccessful service due to incorrect or erroneous information provided to Momentum by Client.

8.     Charges are based per defendant(s), per address, and apply to all jobs, whether served or not, whether or not the subject is found, bad address given, or if statutory time expires prior to making successful service.

9.     Client further agrees to hold Momentum, its employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all actions, claims, damages, and demands of any type arising directly or indirectly from this service order.
