Momentum Legal Services LLC was founded in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a family-owned process service and litigation support company founded on the idea that "good enough" is never enough. We strive to exceed expectations on every single job, providing each of our clients with fast, personalized, and professional service at all times.
As process servers, it is our sworn duty to help move your case forward in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Our servers are professionally trained, licensed, and certified to serve process in each jurisdiction that we serve, and we are fully insured and bonded, We take great pride in providing our services to attorneys, clients, AND defendants, treating them all with dignity and respect.

Our service is state-of-the-art, making full use of cloud-enabled technology to provide secure, real-time updates and accessibility to keep our clients informed on the status of their case. in the field, our servers document each attempt and encounter they make by taking date, time, and GPS-tagged photos, making thorough notes, and preparing detailed reports.
